The award, which comes as part of Host Advice's 2016 industry-wide analysis of medium and large web hosting companies, marks yet another milestone for HostPapa's ongoing commitment to providing superior customer service and support.

The 2016 Best Customer Service award is awarded to companies who were put to the test by Host Advice editors and displayed above average email and phone support to their hosting customers.
