Robert Colbary, founder of Superseeds Organics Ltd., chose HostPapa as a web host for a few reasons. Being a Canadian company, Colbary wanted a web host that was Canadian, and he also appreciated that HostPapa uses green energy—"every little bit helps when it comes to the environment," he says.
But Colbary liked HostPapa most of all because of its easy to understand tutorials and interface. "We didn't want to farm out every little change to the site, but we didn't have the time for a long learning curve when creating and editing," he explains."HostPapa was one of the rare companies that had all these three elements, so the decision was easy."
Initially, Colbary used the Soholaunch site building tool provided by HostPapa to build his site, and if a friend hadn't offered to create the website for his portfolio, Colbary would have continued using it. "The Soholaunch software was easy to use and versatile in terms of changes and additions," he says.
Colbary's favourite thing about HostPapa so far? "The customer service, and the fact my website has never been down or hacked," he says. "It's very reliable, and when I need help I can get it quickly. These are key features for our company."
Future plans for Superseeds Organics Ltd. Include translation of the website into French and perhaps Cantonese, as well as a steady increase of products being offered. Also, Colbary would like to implement a blog, newsletter, and customer referral program in time.
